Flowing Movement & Meditation
Influenced by the philosophy of Taoism & Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is the easiest way I know to relax.
You will find relaxation in this class, calming your body and mind.
Qi (Chi) meaning Energy and Gong (Kung) meaning exercise or practice.
Following the principles of yin & yang and our connection in nature, this is a beautiful combination of flowing movement and stillness.
One unique advantage of Qigong is that anyone and everyone can practice it.
All ages, all fitness levels, all health conditions can benefit from moving their body and quietening their mind.

LADIES LOW IMPACT FITNESS
This class is suited to ladies who are over 45 years and are looking for the motivation to move and be active and healthy.
Perfect for ladies who are not confident to be in a gym or Boot-camp environment but are not ready for a Senior Citizen Class just yet.
The vibe is full of laughter and friendly encouragement, incorporating leg strengthens Exercises and Ball games to fun music, fall prevention, balance, Stretching, and Strengthening with some core strengthening mat work push these ladies in a low impact yet challenging way.
